No modelling agency with being treated badly

My daughter had a photoshoot today at Ozone management in Tableview. This was in order to register her. Our appointment was for 2pm but because it's 1hr away we left early and got there just after 1pm. When we pressed the bell a lady came out asking rather abruptly if we were there for registration we said yes. Her reply was she can't see us now our appointment is only at 2pm to which we rep**** we know and explained we just needed to see where the place was because we didn't want to be late. She didn't even offer to us to wait in the foyer , we would even have waited in the car but with her rude attitude I decided to leave . If this is how you treat a potential client imagine how they would treat you once you signed their contract. Utterly disgusted.
