A company built on extremely cheap labour and unfair, unprofessional business practises.

This company pays their cleaning staff R700.00 a week and these cleaning ladies clean entire dealerships by themselves ( they have no helpers, they clean alone) Not only do these ladies clean alone, they are tea ladies as well and are not compensated for it. I work at a dealership which has contracted with Ozo and I am disgusted at how they treat their staff.

Every other month, Their own staff members have to fight for the little salary they earn. Ozo forces their employees to take unpaid leave even with doctors notes people!!! These people are robbing the poor and have no hearts.

I overheard a gentleman by the name of Thulani who works for Ozo shouting and degrading one of his staff memebers becuase she had a death in her family and needed to arrange to take leave.

This company is built on the backs of slavery.
