Written off car

On the 25th of January I bought a renault kwid 2017 for R82000 at OZ motors within a week I had to take it for minor service yesterday it just stopped in the middle of the road I went to their office last week Saturday they refused to give me my money back now I'm stucked with a car with mechanical problem.
