UNFAIR CAR SALES PRACTICE

I bought a Hilux December 11 last year 2018 cash. In May 2019 my other car had to renew disc but was told at traffic dpt.that the Hilux has to be paid penalties. I refused to pay & phoned car dealer to look into the matter. He refused to pay those penalties, thou they did not belong to me as they were for Oct & Nov 2018 which is before I bought the car. For a week I asked him but he said I must NOT BE GREEDY BUT PAY FOR THAT MONEY OUT OF MY POCKET..... TO EVERYONE OUT THERE STAY AWAY FROM THOSE PEOPLE PLEASE
