Shady salesman

I contacted OZ motors wrt Ford Fiesta 1.0 litre ecoboost 2019 with 14000 km selling for R169 900. Spoke to Okete via WhatsApp. He was adamant that OZ motors (Sandton) would not accept finance. I found it strange but accepted that I can do a cash deal which also didn't make him happy when he heard that I wanted to have the car undergo a full mechanical and technical inspection (From Dekra testing center in Randburg) including getting police clearance and COR. He immediately ceased communications. It made me suspicious as to the selling price being so cheap as that model and mileage would easily fetch more wrt book value. Beware when buying from these guys.
