Disrespectful, foul mouth employees

Evelyn, the manager hung up in my ear after I asked her if they are open on Sundays because we have not time during the week tot test drive a car. Just said no and hang up, not asking if she could assist. Then I phone back and when she recognised my voice, she asked me what the **** do I want. So I asked for the manager, she then told me to go **** myself! This is no way to treat prospective customers. Owner of Oz, please investigate.
