Oyster Breeze is a health hassard

Hello Peter I would like to just share with you what a bad experience /stay I had over the weekend at Oyster breeze in Umhlanga Durban. The self catering apartment is a health hassard, the couch is infested with ticks, the bathroom mats are filthy. The apartment is badly managed and the agent Joy Lee has no idea what customers service is. I stayed at apartment 101 and I ha e never in my life had such a terrible experience at Umhlanga. That apartment needs an entire revamp before any one else stays there. I have all the pictures for evidence if you should require them. The Joy Lee lady is a sorry excuse for an agent and needs to be fired as she will cost the owners alot of loss of business.
