Insurance claim

On the 6/09/2014 at 12.35pm a taxi drove into the rear of my vehicle at a stop street. Case was reported and no problem with taxi owner as his insurance will sort the matter.<br> <br> My insurance will not have vehicle repaired as my access is more that the damage ( hubby was driving therefore access higher).<br> <br> Vehicle was taken for quotations and was booked to go in on a Monday but got a call on the Sunday from broker ( Kevin Jacobs) saying we must hang ten as they want more quotations.<br> <br> Well, we are still waiting and our calls and emails are now being ignored. It is going in for 6 months and you can imagine my frustration by now.<br> <br> What to do, where to from here?<br> <br> Many thanks<br> Craig Woodman
