Worst service ever.

I was looking for a cheaper medical aid on Google when I came across oyi medical card. I put money in their account thinking it will help me whenever I have a sick child. To my surprise the card declined at all the pharmacies and they say there is a problem in the system yet every month they tell you to top up. It's been three months now and the issue is not resolved.
