Worst customer service ever!!!!! 23 May 2023

I lost my card months ago (****** bag) and tried to get a replacement card but was told they still waiting for printing. My account was then not topped up because I had no card so no point to top-up a card I cannot use (rather use cash for meds/appointments). Fast forward months later I topped up the card with R500, only to find out that my account was now closed due to not being topped-up (this all happening after payment). I tried to call(no answer) then I sent a whatsapp and was told my account is closed I cannot order a new card and they are not opening any new accounts and I must check again after 6 months. I honestly do not need a new account, I just request a replacement card and cannot wait 6 months for just a card re-issue which took forever on it's own. I then requested a refund (20 April 2023) and I was told that takes 14 business days due to long list of refund request(which says a lot). To date (23rd May 20230 my emails are not being rep**** to, calls are not answered and I have not received my refund. 10% will be deducted from my payment due to refund request (IMAGINE!!!!).

Their admin is the worst and they do not promote the best customer service.
