Worse Service Ever!!!!!
Worst service ever! After waiting for 5 days for my card i receive a call from the courier telling me I need to go fetch my card at a different location because they cant deliver to my home address! Had this been communicated to me prior I wouldnt have taken this up.
I question this on their WhatsApp and receive a call from a very lost and confused rap who was not very helpful at all. Her customer service is very questionable and I heard her laughing at me.
I work full time Monday to Saturday and unable to go around to collect the card at different places hence I entered my delivery address when registering.
Im so disappointed by the company as I was looking forward to using the card since I dont have medical aid.
Iv cancelled it and now waiting for my refund which I dont even believe I will receive in due time.

The courier does not deliver to the door in your area due to the high risk of highjackings. For your safety and that of the driver, the courier can only deliver at designated safe locations (such as the police station). Alternatively, we can deliver to your work address or a relative.
