This company is a ****mer

There card is always declining.. What an embarrassment of a card.. I asked for my refund I'm tired of there explanation that it's technically problems( but not on there side) I settled up a debit order which was going through everymonth.. . But when I want the refund they are saying they don't have a time frame.. How long should I wait to get my money??? Anyone knows where to report such a campany
