I requested a refund on Wednesday from Oyi after they failed to advise me that my card was blocked. I called 2 weeks ago they **** that they were offline. Tuesday on WhatsApp chat +***8 I was then told my card was blocked so i asked for my money and closure of the card. They said 48 hours even today they haven’t refunded me. I called their line *** gives messages sorry the call cannot be completed. I sent them a Twitter message as well but nothing. They are ******** and are busy luring people to now take funeral plan. I need my money.
