Their medical card is prepaid , you're able to buy medicine in all medical stores and pharmacy.Also able to use for consultation in private clinics , so it was no longer working anymore and it has funds in it of which they do not want to refund. It has been a year and months now. When you talk to the consultant they always have empty promises that they will refund. Till today I am waiting no refund.
