Terrible customer service

I have been waiting for almost 2months for my refund. I have followed all the avenue's to try and resolve this in a professional manner. I followed up on whatsapp multiple times, only to be given the exact same automated response each time. I also sent an email complaint, that was not even acknowledged. Next will be the ombudsman. It's completely ridiculous to wait this long for a simple refund.
