Stuck with OYI Medical Card company, unprofessional.

Can this company be checked please, something is not right. I joined Oyi Medical Card thinking it will help me with day to day medical expenses. I toped my account with them up to R5000.00, then suddenly their card started declining when I am trying to buy medication. I called several times reporting the card but I was always told that the problem is not with them, is with their service provider and they do not know when the problem is gonna be fixed. I waited for months for the problem to be fixed, until last week I gave up and I requested via email to be paid my money back, no reply or commitment up until today. I think this is not a good company to help, is a ****. Please advice what to do if facing such a problem because I am still in it.
