Return my money

It was fine and good at the beginning but since this year march,the card have been declining and when I asked I was always told there's network issues, that's last week I asked network issue from March till October it's highly impossible....now I no longer got responded....this thing I believe it's*****...I need my money back....

Today I received message that my card is no longer active....I don't know how because card it's 2024
