REFUND

If there was a negative star I would give to this business. Firstly my card stopped working but I still received reminders that I needed to top up my card. I tried contacting the company but nobody answered. I then was told that my card was closed and I will be refunded. It's over a month waiting for my refund worse part is my balance keeps decreasing.
