Refund

November last year I received a sms saying that the card no longer work. I contacted Oyi via WhatsApp, it was confirmed that the account is closed. So from November until now I'm still waiting for my refund - due to a lot of refunds there is a delay. The refund was supposed to take 7 or more business days I guess also months it's been 4 months now
