REFUND

my card started declining November 2023,i WhatsApp them i was told to forward banking details money will be refunded in the next 5-7working day. Now they don't reply WhatsApp massages.CAN WE GET OUR MONEY PLEASE I SEE PEOPLE ARE NOT HAPPY.
