Refund

Oyi ****med me of my R700, they all of a sudden stopped my card saying I skipped a payment which I'm not aware of. When I wanted to re-open my account they told me they can't I must send my banking details for a refund. It's been almost a year now that I follow up on my refund and nothing. Now recently they blocked me from communicating with them
