Poor service delivery from OYI.

I had a very bad experience with Oyi medical card. Their cards often do not work at pharmacies that you would be forced to buy using cash while you have money on the card. When I cancelled my card in July due to not being able to make purchases, I was promised a refund of R283.46 which i have not recieved to-date. Consultants are rude when spoken to over the phone and never giver satisfactory replies. Very bad service from Oyi.
