Poor Service

I received an Sms on the 20th of November stating that my account is closed and should not load money, I then enquired on the 21st and could get a clear reason to why the card is stopped and was asked to send my banking details for a refund. The refund was supposed to take 7 to 10 working days and it's now a month later, 28th of December and still no refund!!!!
