Oyie medical ****!!!!

I had the card since the beginning of 2023 and i was transferring money every month, when i went to buy they said that it was declining and when i called they said there was a system error. I told them that i would like to get a refund and they asked me to send my details and the funds will be processed in 7 days,this was in September 2023 and i have not had any funds transferred to me. I tried talking to them on whatsapp about it i just get ignored ,i had hoped this would make savings for meds easy incase of emergencies and i was met with the worst inconvenience. They still have my money and i guess i am never getting it.
