My card started declining the use in January 2023. On the 26th Feb I share my first dissatisfaction with them via their WhatsApp number. The resolution was to release quick funds to a personal bank acc so I can pay at the Dr's. This happened several times until they were not releasing funds for immediate use anymore. By August 8th, I tried using the card again, it declined. By now I had saved R3 394.84. -31 Aug 2023 - Reached out and asked for a full refund of the monies saved -15 Sep - I reached out again. Nothing -18 Sep - I reached out again. The whatsapp received said the message will be sent on the chat when r3efund is processed. Nothing. -30 Sep - I reached out again. Message said a reminder is sent for funds to be released. Nothing. -I followed up on these dates since then - 02 Oct, 04 Oct, 20 Oct, 30 Oct, 02 Nov, 02 Dec, 19 Dec, 18 Jan 2024, 27 Jan, 02 Feb, 19 Mar, 26 mar and 02 May

No joy till today!!!
