Oyi shut down but where's my refund?

After battling to use my card, being told the account is closed. I called the help desk but was told that I need to contact through Whatsapp or Facebook messenger which already was *****. The help centre told me that Oyi was shut down December 2023 and to request a refund via whatsapp or facebook messanger I have been in contact with them but don't get any response. Have they run off with our money? I want my funds refunded. How do we report this.
