Oyi service is bad

I would never recommend any one to even join oyi medical card, You have to wait forever for your card it's been more then a month now, i cancel the card so now its the same with my money being refunded. They keep on telling you due to the high amount of card orders that is why we have to wait so long and the same story goes for refunding my money.
