Oyi prepaid medical card ****

I joined Oyi prepaid Medical Aid in 2021 if I can remember. I was required to transfer money into the account monthly to avoid penalties which I did. I had R6000 + in the card waiting to use it in pressing time since I am no longer working. To my surprise the card gets declined to every speed point trying to swip for medication or doctor’s consultation. When I reported the matter they would tell me that they have technical clinches. This year I have learned that they are no longer in operation and they told me that I must send my banking details so they can process my money. I sent them my details in July this year 2023 and till today I haven’t received my money and their phone’s disconnects. I am so disappointed them for ****ming the poor without any justification and without being held liable.
