OYI pay back my money

OYI medical cash plan is operating like a pyramid scheme. I have close my account on the 3rd of August due to the card declining and embarrassing me in any pharmacy trying to buy medicine. I told them and they advise me to close the account and request my refund as it takes 7 days to refund. I did so, even now I have not received my refunds, they kept on saying that I should check my messages for payment and now the are no longer answering my whatsup. Can someone assist me getting my refund from this ***** scheme
