OYI Medical is a ****

I have been having issues using the card since May 2023 . It declined @ various pharmacies trying to buy medication. Called on various occasions with no response and sent emails. When I send the a What's app message requesting a refund in July, they asked me to send them banking details which I did and told me the refund will take up 7 days - till today I am still waiting.
