OYI Medical don't really seem to care about customer service once they have your money. BEWARE!

Absolute shocker. Basically if you are an OYI customer and you phone the customer services number on the card they issue to all customers you will get ...... ME ...... 10, 20, 30 times a day. And I am a private individual with absolutely nothing to do with the company. I have phoned them and e-mailed them and even asked them to buy my contract number from me, but NOTHING. Basically they don't care about their customers when they are struggling to access their funds for this PRE-FUNDED CARD. Why should they care? they already have their money. Shocker. Please find an alternative number on their website as the number on the card will come through to me and I can do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to assist you.
