Oyi Medical Card Refund

Hi, I made use of the Oyi Medical Card, used it a few times that it actualy worked. But in between for some reason I could not use it due to the transaction being declined. Whenever I queried it with Oyi, the excuse is always it's an external error. After a few times of disappointment and embarressment due to the card declining I requested Oyi to cancel my card and refund my balance on the card. Their policy is 5-7 working says exclusing weekend. Okay, we are at day 17 and still no refund. Everytime when I query the refund, I get a message that says, a reminder has been sent for my refund. The refund is way over dye for payment and nobody even calls yoy to explain or nothing. They are very fast to remind a person to load money on the card but why wait for so long doe the refund. This is rediculous.
