Oyi Medical card- Refund
I join Oyi Medical card from 2022 if Iam not mistaken. I was able to use it on pharmacy until last year around June, it kept on declining until I asked them to refund me but up to this date they haven't refunded me the amount I deposited to their account which is R1500. Can you please assist me. I can't get hold of them on their whatsupp anymore. They've been telling me they are still busy with my refund, until I couldn't find them on their whatsupp number. Please assist.
