Oyi medical card ****med me R200

I have been ****med R200 by oyi medical card. I have never received the card nor the refund. I have been waiting for my refund since May and even now the reply that I get is that a reminder has been sent. They claim that there is nothing that I can do other than wait for my refund and their customer service are very rude. Please help me get my refund.
