Oyi Medical Card Issues

When I first joined, this card was a perfect alternative and a great way to save for unexpected medical expenses. Problem started around January when the card just decline with sufficient funds. On enquiry the agents just kept saying they were aware of an issue affecting some cards and that it was not their system issue. Fast forward to April and the same problem persisted and so I canceled car and requested for a refund. We are now on almost 10 days later and still my money has not been refunded and Im being told that they are processing alot of refunds. This is so frustrating I must add!
