OYI Medical Card is a **** people be warned!

I had signed up with OYI medical for prepaid medical card and funeral plan since 2022. All went well since the day of registration until I hit dead end when the card kept declining when I am need for chemist or doctor visits. When I WhatsApp, I do not get any correspondence. When I call the office line (010), it seems not working. When I call the 061 OR 069 numbers, a lady by the name of Amanda (refused to give Surname) answers and advised me to log my query on 069 WhatsApp number or inbox their Facebook link. On 02/11/2023, I received text message that informed about OYI Tech card that is no longer valid. There is no correspondence received from WhatsApp except blue ticks. I got correspondence on Facebook link however it is not good at all and I do not trust that I'll ever get my refund. Below are answers I receive from their Facebook link: "Due to a lot of refunds on our system, refunds takes 7 or more business days excluding weekend." "I do not have that information".....when I asked why did they deactivate my card when they know that they will be challenged to refund. "There is no one to direct you to, please wait for your refund".....when I demand to speak to a relevant person for clarity. "Finance Department" when I asked, who is going to refund me if there is no one to speak to.

Whomever, reads this please do not sign-up with OYI Medical Card. Their website is still active for people to sign-up and yet they closed our accounts without any warning, no explanation and no refunds.
