Oyi medical card is a ****

I registered for a medical card with Oyi in May 2023 paid R250 R150 was to top up my card and R100 was for delivery. I was told that my card will be delivered within 10 working days. After doing follow ups in July they said they have closed my account and they will refund me. Till this day I’ve never recieved my refund/ medical card.
