OYI Medical Card is a ****

I am so disappointed with OYI medical card, I was topping the card monthly with cash, and the card started declining. I checked the account balance I have R4117.67 and I wrote to support to help me, but I did not receive help. I asked for my refund 25 July 2023, and they said they will refund me but up until now I have not received my money. Can you please help me to get my money from this company?
