Oyi medical card goes Awol

I've been sick and in need of money as I had to buy my medication but this card has been declining since last week and these people ignore you ,they're numbers are not going through even on whatsapp they're not responding to my messages even now I need to pay the doctor but No the card declines . I don't understand why are they so careless with people's lives ,why take our monies and fail to give it back ,can they please refund me my money coz it's useless to keep their card with me.Oyi turns out to be a **** ,even their management is not responding to the customers complains this is not fair
