Oyi Medical Card

After the card kept being declined at pharmacies, with enough money in the account, I decided to cancel the card. The cancellation went very fast on 15 August, but up until today no refund received. My money is stuck in their account and they cannot give me more or precise information on when the refund will he done. The lady I spoke with on the phone were clueless and could not offer any assistance. Stay far away from this company. Note: If someone from Oyi Medical Card see this review, please pay my money back urgently.
