Oyi medical card

Oyi is steeling your money. Since Jan 23 a cannot use my Oyi card, keeps on declining. When I phone, I'm told it's a IT problem, not the card. Since June of this year I've been struggling to get my money refunded, and they keep telling me 5 to 7 working days, because of high volume refunds,whey,its because they are steeling your money. Oyi, please refund me my money, then I won't post bad remarks on Hello Peter... Respond to you whattsapp messages, and just refund the money. I need that money to buy my son's medication...
