Oyi medical card ****

Guys Oyi is ****, I have had the card with them since early 2022. I was only able to use it once after I had toped it up with R1000. It always declines when trying to purchase meds at click or dischem. How embarrassing is this? the consultants are rude and clueless most of the time and when you chat with them on WhatsApp they tell you that there are a lot of queries regarding refunds and that you will get the money as soon as possible...I have been waiting for my money since April 2023, today is the 4 November 2023.
