Oyi Medical Card

Since March 2023,ive been trying to use my card. Declined... I phoned them, no luck. I send whattsapp, no luck. I send a Refund, and was told, I would be refunded within 5 to 7 working days. Since May 2023,ive been struggling to get my money refunded, no luck. They are a bunch of bull ****ters, make a promise of refund, but no luck. Oyi is steeling our money. I have R2000 in my Oyi card, and in January 2024,i went in on my card app, and are deducting card fees... Why don't you pay our money back....
