Oyi Medical Card

I hereby place on record my utter dissatisfaction about Oyi Medical Card. I closed my account end of March and the promised refund in 4 days.

Till today I have not received my refund, instead my due money keeps being reduces...although the account has been closed for 4MONTHS. when enquiring on my refund they keep saying they will contact finance.
