Oyi medical card

Oyi is steeling your money people. Since Jan 2023,i cannot use my card, it declines... I have money on card, but declines. When I phone, I'm told it's a IT problem, not the Oyi card. Never ever thinking of getting a Oyi card, they ***** your money, and they are f**ing rude on the phone. Since the 10th of June i'bmve been asking for refund, still waiting, and can take up to 7 working days to process, what process, they are f***ing *****ing my money... No reply, nothing. When I tried phoning this morning, non of their numbers is working, just ringing, 2 of the numbers that I have go straight to voicemail. So,never ever get a Oyi card, I think they are *****ing our money
