OYI Medical Card

I have the card for a while and never had problems with until this year when I went to swipe at Clicks and the card declines and when I called them they told me the issue is with the third party not them I left it and tried again after couple of months still the same didn't call and the third time it happened I went to their Whatsapp the consulted was very rude kept telling them that I need to send proof of my payment for them to refund and even though I was advising her that I don't want my funds I just want to know what is wrong with my card she didn't assist and now I received an SMS advising me that my card has expired have been trying to contact them with no luck hence I am here
