Oyi medical card

Oyi is useless, they are *****ing my money. I have 4 different numbers of them, none is working... When you send whattsapp, I'm told an agent will assist,but nothing... I've been asking for a refund since the 10th of June, and still no response, they are useless.... If they just respond and come back to u, but no luck.
