Oyi medical card

Can anyone please advise Mr Thamsanqa Ngalo The CEO of this bull**** oyi medical card to refund the money that I put on that card because the card is no longer working and I need that money. I'm trying to use the card to buy medication for my 2 months baby the card declined but I have been loading it, please I want my money back.
