OYI is useless and doesn’t want to refund my money

If there was anything less than one star i would’ve given them. The card never works and they keep sending auto responses when you enquire. I requested for the card to be closed and refund. It is almost a month and they keep saying we received a lot of refund requests. As i client, that’s not my problem. from being told 5-7 days refund to waiting a month and no one bothers to say anything but i get the same auto response when i follow up and they close the enquiry before i can even respond.
