Oyi is a ****

Having gone through a few reviews I'm feeling very helpless and hopeless. We need to do something to bring this ***** of a business to book. They can't just get away with this. It's more than 5 months of the same vague unprofessional response saying they've sent a reminder for funds to be paid. Is there an Ombudsman we can contact? Can we open a ******** case? Who do they account to? It's really frustrating.
